hi , im a breastfeeding mum and on sunday i started giving bub farex in the morning after his big feed about half hour after, i have a nearly 3 yr old and started her on solids at 4 to 5 months too, sorry chns and docs but im going by the old rules, ; my question is how long do u stay on one solid feed a day before going to the next step, ? i have forgotten what the feed routine is , it seems so long ago that dd was a baby, im currently giving ds farex in the morning and then bf during the day and one bf in the night (3am) this is the forth day on farex, he is still getting used to it, im giving him a teaspoon of farex mixed to a smooth paste with babys milk and he gets about 4 to 6 spoonfulls, do i increase the amount a t breakfast? also do i give him farex at lunch time after a week on one meal or intrduce pureed fruit? any suggestions would be great . also anyone know of a good book about introducing solids , recipes etc.
